macOS
Uses a persistent Lima VM: 4 CPUs, 6 GiB RAM, and a 20 GiB sparse disk. Forge requires at least 12 GB free disk and recommends 20 GB.
Linux
Uses Docker Engine, Docker Compose, and Linux MPLS/VRF modules. Forge requires at least 5.5 GiB RAM and 12 GB free disk.
